1. TORL PLAYER FEE (Paid by each Association to TORL) -$7.00 / Player

1. Billed November 30th
2. Due December 15th
3. Late Fee 10% of Total Amount Owed

2. TORL ALL STAR FEE (Paid by each Association to TORL)  - $100.00/Team
    ($100.00 x # Teams- e.g.Tween, Junior, Belle, Open)
          -    Billed September 30th

1. Due October 30th
2. Late Fee $25.00 / Team

INTER-ASSOCIATION BILLINGS

1. Billings are to be made on a monthly basis in order to provide continuity and timely revenue/expense accounting.
2. Billings for the current month are to be issued by each association within 15 days of month end and paid within 15 days of billing date.
